I received my market tote yesterday, and I love it!!!  I placed my
order online on Monday with some special contingencies.  I received a
call within 5 minutes, stating you didn't have the garnet color, no
problem I just reversed the color choices to the orange tote with
burgundy stitching (VT Hokie colors!!!).  I also needed it delivered
before Saturday as I am giving this as a wedding shower gift.  You met all my requirements and sooo much more. 
While I know it is not common practice to fill orders soo quickly (nor
do I normally require an order so soon), but it is quite unbelievable
that I was able to receive a personalized order within 2 days two
states away!!!  I will definitely be ordering other items from you and
will certainly recommend you to my friends and family. Not only do you
have AWESOME products, but your staff really goes above and beyond.
