We can not refund an order once it has been placed. You have checked the agree box so no orders can be refunded! Please read instructions carefully. If an item has been discontinued and is not longer instock we will refund on the card you used. This would be the only exception.
Please understand that each vendor has a Holidy cut off notice. That means ordered before that date means it will arive by Dec. 24th. Please note that once an order has been placed we can not refund or cancel it!
First things first: We will never share your personal information with any other company.
And with that taken care of, here is some more information about shipping.
THE BASICS
$12.00 for base shipping price
$1.00 for each additional item
$12.00 for Clogs (per pair of clogs regardless of other items ordered)
Please phone us to make special arrangements if you are requesting international shipping . We will adjust cost of delivery for internation shipping at time of shipping. We do not pay taxes and duties.
TIME FRAME FOR DELIVERY: Please see under each product for delivery and where it maybe delivered from. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that each vendor has different ship times. There are not any rush exceptions for customer orders.
Please understand that each item is a custom made creation and some jewelry pieces will take longer. Our needle point monogrammed mules will take up to 6 months since they ship from another location. Our Clogs take up to 6 weeks to ship. Each item has a unique ship time since we have artistis all over the country that manufucature along with us! Rush is really not a specilty of artist!
We carry a full inventory of delightful products that we can embroider for you in our shop. We also carry some items from third party vendors that are so unique that we just could not pass up having them on our website.
For that reason, when you place ONE order, it may happen that you receive delivery from MORE THAN ONE source, on more than one day. Please be patient with us in that circumstance, but don’t hesitate to phone us if you have a question.
We have streamlined our order fulfillment process, so that most products (other than our monogrammed clogs) are shipped within TEN BUSINESS DAYS. However, since our products are custom made and based on your own design, the fulfillment process may in some cases run a little longer.
If the product stock for your order runs unusually long or is perhaps back ordered, we will contact you at the EMAIL address you include with your order. There is also a place on the order to include your phone number if you would like us to call.
The Pink Monogram is located in Greenville, South Carolina, and so if you are in North Carolina or most Georgia locations, delivery can be as rapid as overnight.
During the HOLIDAY SEASON, our embroidery machines run long hours and additional embroiderers join our staff to help us meet the seasonal demand, but we still may need a few extra days to get your product to you. Remember to ORDER EARLY.
LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION:
The Pink Monogram uses UPS and Fedex as our carrier because UPS makes tracking your order as convenient and accurate and affordable as possible. UPS will not deliver to US Postal Service post office boxes, and so your order will need to have a STREET ADDRESS rather than a post office box number.
If you have included your email address on your order, you will receive a shipping notification from UPS. The shipping notification will include your TRACKING NUMBER and the shipping address. Please take a minute to review the UPS shipping notification and double check us on whether the shipping address is correct. After all, two heads are better than one.
As you complete our order form, please include the suffix for your address, for example: Street, Avenue, Court, Place, Drive, etcetera.
We need that street suffix because your street name may be duplicated within your zip code. For example, there may be Maple Street and Maple Place and Maple Court. Please be especially certain to let us know which Maple is your Maple.
If you do not include that suffix and UPS does not have enough delivery information, then UPS may deliver your package incorrectly, return the package to our shop, or research your address and charge us for the research service. Their additional service charge to us will be minimum eight dollars. In order to keep our product prices to our customers as inexpensive as possible, we need to avoid that extra charge.
If your package is returned to us because you have not included an accurate or complete address, we will ask you to pay an additional fee for the second shipment.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it.
If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within THREE BUSINESS DAYS and then have the product back to us within TEN BUSINESS DAYS, or your package will be refused. TALK TO US, please. customerservice@thepinkmonogram.com
We do not give REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom monogrammed products, or on any product more than thirty days after you receive it. If you damage an item we cannot refund or retrun. All returns must be in the same packaging as sent!
We do not replace Ottorboxes or phone cases that have been dropped.
Yu may not make any changes to your order once it has been placed. Please be aware that we process orders as soon as we recieve them on the next business day. We can not cancel monogrammed orders. You will not be able to get a refund on these times once they have been ordered.
Returns!! We must have a photo emailed to customerservice@thepinkmonogram.com if you have recieved an damaged or incorrect item. We will replace the original ordered item but will need a picture to verify to our vendors. We will also need all incorrect items returned to us!
